**Casa Hawaii: For 1 week we offer a 15% discount to the above daily rates and a 25% discount for a stay of one month.
**For the 1-2 people rate, you will have sole use of a bathroom, but please note there may be another room occupied, if you would like sole occupancy we have to charge the 3-4 person rate.
** Additional to the Casa Hawaii rate, upon departure there is a $40.00 cleaning fee. Maid service (for cleaning and/or cooking) can easily be organized at any time at very reasonable rates.
