House Rental

Casa Hawaii is a four bedroom, self catering house at the end of a very quiet road. Ideal for a larger group, family’s or travelers looking for a peaceful private vacation. The house stands raised above the road for added privacy. The house in owned by our Hawaiian friends, the rental is done via Casa del Sol.

For 1 week we offer a 15% discount to the above daily rates and a 25% discount for a stay of one month.

For the 1-2 people rate, you will have sole use of a bathroom, but please note there may be another room occupied, if you would like sole occupancy we have to charge the 3-4 person rate.

Additional to the rate, upon departure there is a $40.00 cleaning fee. Maid service (for cleaning and/or cooking) can easily be organized at any time at very reasonable rates.

Outside is ample parking at the front, large covered patio with sofa and dining area, a good size garden full with tropical plants, a bohio to relax in during the day or in the evening, outside shower.

3 Supermarkets are to be found on Isla Contadora. All stocked with the basics like bread, water, eggs, coffee, milk, fresh fuits, fresh vegtables, tinned food, wine, beer, spirits etc. If you have a special diet or a particular taste you may want to bring this sort of food with you. Feel free to ask us about any particular items, we can let you know if they are stocked on the island.
